We do not file claims for users, submit claims on their behalf, act as an agent or representative, or provide regulated or professional eligibility assessments. All content is intended solely for self-completion by the user.

Our materials and Services do not constitute legal, tax, financial, accounting, regulatory or professional advice. We are not a law firm, tax advisory service, financial institution or regulated professional body.

4. No Guarantee of Claim Success

7. Refund Policy for Digital Content

Digital products and online course materials are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

By accessing the digital content, you acknowledge and agree to waive your 14-day right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

All content, documents, templates, branding, tools and materials are the property of Ashley Dow Ltd trading as Marriage Owl.
